"Displaying that Morello cherry savouriness that I've always loved about this variety. With medium bodied weight on the palate this is a great food wine and pairs perfectly with that store of pasta you've been hoarding at home! I'm proud to say we were one of the first vineyards to plant this variety in Heathcote more than twenty years ago. Medium bodied with sour cherry and red fruit. 

A favourite at Flynns Wines, this medium bodied and moorish wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barriques. The subtle aroma and palate make this an excellent accompaniment to food. This wine was made using traditional winemaking methods of hand picked fruit, hand plunged caps and basket pressed." - Flynns
