 "From the famed Margaret River sub-region of Wilyabrup. 30 days on skins and then into 45% new French oak for 16 months. Yes. Really good wine. Love the spread of tannin here. It’s built on redcurrant and blackcurrant fruit, with inlays of chalk, olive and sweet, clovey spice, though smoked cedarwood and eucalyptus are also present.
