[SOLD-OUT] Dormilona Chenin Blanc 2019

100% certified organic Chenin Blanc, from a small vineyard in Willyabrup sub region. Hand picked, whole bunch pressed straight to barrel for wild ferment. Battonaged (stirring of the yeast lees through the wine after fermentation) for three months leads to the wonderful textural palate of this wine. Racked and settled before bottling without fining or filtration.
