"A touch of nougat, savoury richness in perfume, sniff of dried apple, then fresh apple and stone fruits. Complex in the palate " rich texture but fringed with chalky edges, deep in flavour but set on sheets of saline acidity. Great drive and energy. Lots of intrigue. You'd not usually see Vinho Verde this interesting or complex."

This wine is grown at high altitude, producing a fresh, crisp style that defines the region.
