"A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes, grown exclusively in the cool eastern part of the Yarra Valley. The Sparkling BRUT ROSE draws on centuries of French tradition. Bottled fermented and disgorged shortly before release, receiving only a small amount of red wine and a light addition of Liqueur (LD). Great with Tasmanian salmon, duck blinis and scallops. The early response to this latest release suggests the tide has turned " not just to table roses but also the refreshing, more savoury sparkling wines that have always been heralded in France." - Dominique Portet
