Consisting purely of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, from vines of average age of 35 years and enjoying an excellent exposure facing the very sunny south-east. Following the harvest, the bunches are softly pressed and the must obtained is left to ferment and refine on its lees for a total period of about 3 months before being bottled.
The scent is fruity and recalls notes of kiwi, black currant and rhubarb, with a boxwood vegetal trail. A balanced and very fresh palette, with delicate softness.
Ideal to accompany sushi, seafood dishes and goat cheeses.
