Domaine Gautheron is located in the famous village of Fleys in Chablis. This estate has been a family owned and operated business for more than seven generations. The wines of Gautheron can be found in the world’s best restaurants and bars: Hakkasan in London, Gordon Ramsay’s Le Pressoir d’Argent in Bordeaux, and Maria Loca in Paris, just to name a few.
From an excellent vintage, this Chablis is produced by blending more than 20 different parcels that are spread throughout the south-eastern quadrant of Chablis. For the most part, parcels are kept separate in the winery until the blending in the spring. While the winemaking choices produce a very focused wine, the diversity of terroirs brings a charming complexity.
