...Redcurrant, fresh blueberry and raspberry, a dusting of white pepper and crushed rock, meat and violet. It’s light in body, crunchy and fresh, cool cranberry acidity, dry and ‘minerally’. It’s kind of bony, but still packs in plenty of flavour, finish has pumice stone tannin and a sour cherry edge.
