"Medium yellow colour reflecting some age development, while the bouquet is very flinty, smoky and sulfidic, the burnt-matchstick note almost straying into an electrical-fire smell. Liberal oak has been employed. The wine is full-bodied and intense, but elevated acidity keeps it very much alive on the tongue. This wine makes a statement.
