"This is our first single vineyard from this site. A vineyard on the outside fringe of West Gippsland in Officer, its soils are decomposed granite, over sandy clay loam. We made this wine using 50% whole bunches in the ferment. The wine is wild, has dark fruits and a lovely core of juicy fruit and a mineral finish. Vines were planted in 1999." - Dirty Three Wines
