[SOLD-OUT] Dirty Black Denim Syrah Rose 2017

"Grown by us (Tim) from our little 5.5acre patch of dirt (granite, mostly) in Macedon Ranges (Baynton East, south of Heathcote).

2017 was a really wet year at our joint. just as the Shiraz hit 10 baume, we got a week straight of rain, causing berry split and a bit of botrytis. So we cut our losses and picked the Syrah early for rose. Pressed straight away with only light lees taken to barrel. It stayed there, untopped until we bottled it. Only a token 25ppm of S02 added. 

Full malo, no sugar and heaps of acid."
