Huon Hooke 90 points!"Medium red colour with slightly purple tinge; the aroma is smoky with background raspberry and strawberry. The wine is straightforward and plain, charming and fruity, with a veneer of spicy oak which is fairly obvious. Good wine, better in another year, though. A very straight, pure fruit style.
