"Mainly Syrah with Grenache. Bright cherry crimson. Red cherry fruit in a lively, slightly cough-linctus style with a touch of pepper. Thick, rich and chalky in the mouth and particularly chalky on the finish. As if it had very fine sediment all the way through. Generous and grainy but smooth in a thick sort of way. Fresh juicy finish."
