"In its youth this wine displays subtle citrus fruits, with a hint of jasmine and fresh ginger. The natural acidity will hold this wine in good stead for the future, and should drink well for the coming 10+ years.

Sourced from the sandy creek flats of central Pokolbin. This unique vineyard has produced a classic Hunter Valley Semillon. The fruit was hand picked in 2021 prior to being gently whole bunch pressed to tank before a slow cool fermentation." - de Iullis
