'Herbal notes, touch of grassiness, lemon and grapefruit pith scents. Zingy and fine across the palate, very delicate, purity to the fore. Its long in flavour, tight, powerful, mouthwatering and trim. Some nuttiness creeps in for interest. Youthful and refreshing. Will cellar well too, I wager. Bargain.'
