A beautiful fresh aroma of nougat and ripe pears. There is also almond meal and stoned peach to enrich a delightful bouquet.his wine has texture. You can see and feel it in this Dalwhinnie Chardonnnay. The mouthfeel is one of rich cloying concentrated Chardonnay. A traditional Chardonnay with a big presence on the mid and back palate. The ripe pear and nougat is just fascinating all held in perfect check by juicy acidity and spicy smokey Burgundian oak. A bigger richer style than we would normally present reflecting the vintage year 2016.
