"One thing is certain: it will live and mature in the bottle for a very long time." - Wine Front
"The vineyard runs alongside Coppermine Road and rarely crops above one tonne per acre. The grapes are “basket pressed and transferred to a mixture of new and used French oak barriques to complete fermentation.”
There’s a sweetness to the fruit. This tips clearly into redcurrant territory. A wealth of tannin carves a wide swathe through the wine but the pour of curranty fruit creates the dominant impression. Cedary oak. A general cabernet dustiness lingers about the edges. One thing is certain: it will live and mature in the bottle for a very long time."
