Jeremy Oliver rating 93!Wine Advocate 94 points!"The 2005 Chardonnay was barrel-fermented in new French oak using native yeasts with malolactic fermentation blocked. Light gold in color, it could easily pass for a Meursault Premier Cru given its splendid perfume of mineral, hazelnuts, butterscotch, baked apple, and poached pear. Elegantly styled with outstanding balance, the wine has great depth, concentration, and a long, fruit-filled finish. Drink it over the next 6-7 years."
