[SOLD-OUT] Cullen Cabernet Merlot 2011

"This quality wine was produced from fruit grown entirely on our biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally-powered estate. It is made from a blend of two thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and one third Merlot and was fermented using wild yeast. Eighty five percent of the wine was matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, of which 25% were new. There are very attractive fresh blackcurrant, rosemary and ironstone aromas on the nose and the palate is long and textured, with supple tannins in its middle region. Will mature well for at least 20 years"
