Serious expression of the variety with structure, light chalky chew, intense, just ripe apricot characters, light floral notes and strong, quartz-like minerally characters, if you get that smooth, minerally feel. Exceptional length, feels deep and though slick with its inherent fruit character there’s flecks of cinnamon spice and cashew nut savouriness.
