Matured in French oak barriques with indigenous fermentation, this is Sauvignon Blanc with a difference! Lychees, ripe apple, mango and honey comb feature on the nose. On the palate a myriad of flavours spring to attention swirling between deft layers of creamy apricot and passionfruit / lychee notes. Spicy ginger and coconut add complexity to the tangy vein of citrus acidity and leave you salivating eager to repeat the experience regularly through to 2010-11.Tiny amounts of this wine are produced so don't delay!Only 12 bottles imported into Australia.
