Wine Front 92 Points!
Coriole seem to have really got a handle on this grape. So familiar with it, it would appear, that they feel comfortable enough to drop the d’Avola. Well, I guess it’s Nero d’McLaren, isn’t it? Floral, aniseed, blackberry pastille, a little spice and iron. Medium bodied, juicy and fresh, basil perfume, light grip of tannin, lots of energy, and a lively spicy finish. Such a delightful, fun and bouncy wine.92 or 93. Can’t decide. Whatever. Boing!
