. 'Coriole has been kicking a lot of goals of late. This nero davola is another. Its sweetly fruited, leathery but bright, and is awash with integrated, refreshing acidity. A one glass isnt enough kind of wine. It tastes of jubey boysenberry shot through with spice, dust and aniseed, and has plenty of grippy dryness through the finish. Not a big wine, but it makes more of an impact than its size would suggest.
