"This single vineyard Pinot Noir, is grown in an array of soil types, with various aspects and from multiple clones; creating Pinot Noirs with greater complexity.

There is a lifted and fragrant nose of bright summer berries; cherries & strawberries. On the palate you’ll find a great balance of fleshy youthful Pinot fruit and piercing acidity. There is juicy, light red berries dusted with subtle spice and the palate is fine and long thanks to the acid line.

Hand-picked and sourced from various blocks and clones within our single vineyard. Cold soaked with regular daily pump-overs to aerate the wine, before being matured in French oak barriques." - Coppabella
