"The estate white, Clos Ibai Blanco, is from the Valmayor vineyard planted in 1955 on terraces rich in clay and limestone at 450 meters in altitude. Certified organic, the vines here are 90% Viura, with the final 10% being made up by the 'vidueno', a plethora of indigenous varieties including Malvasia,Alarije and Calagrano. Grapes were hand-picked, and whole clusters were pressed to 900L stainless steel eggs. Maturation continued in stainless steel on lees for 10 months." - Imbibo
