This is a rosé made in the style which is now in vogue throughout the world, with a resounding personality, vivacity and fragrance sourced from 75 year old vines.
It is clean and brilliant with intense aromas of wild fruits (strawberries and raspberries), gooseberries, aromatic herbs and fennel. Elegant finesse with a dense minerality on the palate, with a good body and long lingering due to its stupendous acidity.
