Chateau Minuty is a magnificent wine-growing property from the 18th century that belongs to the Matton-Farnet family since the early 1900s. The small hills of the vineyards of Chateau Minuty are exposed to the quaint village of Gassin, which is situated in the centre of the Presqu’ile of Saint-Tropez. The optimum sunshine of Saint-Tropez encourages perfect maturity of the grapes grown at the château. The expression of the traditional Provencal vines is enhanced by techniques of modern vinification.
