"100% Chardonnay, this Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Brut has a rich and graceful taste. It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in a vineyard called Pierres Dorees (Golden Stones). The first fermentation takes place in oak barrels, after which the wine is fermented a second time with the addition of wine yeast. This process takes place in bottles and lasts at least 12 months. After removing the precipitate, the wine is additionally aged for 3 months in the cellars. Very beautiful Cremantes de Bourgogne from Vigneron de Bel Air has a classic style.
