"100% Chardonnay with around 45% of reserve wine in the blend, this Blanc de Blancs has spent 30 months on its lees and yet retains an incredible freshness and youthfulness in the glass.

Very classical on the nose, toast, honey, almond meal, lemons, white blossoms and danish pastries all elegantly and subtly dancing around as not to spoil the surprise of the richness that the palate offers. Toasty but fresh, there is only the merest hint of mushroomy development so this youthful and elegant Champagne is one that you could comfortably tuck away in the cupboard for quite a bit longer. "100% Chardonnay. The finest Chardonnays (Chigny les Roses, Ludes, Sermiers, Mailly)) are used in this cuvée. Between 20 and 40% of reserve wines are used in order to ensure consistency. Pale yellow colour with light green tints. Fine persistent bubbles. Delicate aromas of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn) and white peach. Initial impression is lively, fresh and powerful. The aromas reveal notes of white peaches and citrus.
