"50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Extremely elegant, highly aromatic Grower Champagne delivering a palate with drive and persistence, generating a myriad of white fruit flavours on its long, luxurious finish. The palate is at once creamy, but also balanced by a citrussy acidity and is marked by a distinct minerality and notes of pastry.
Held in family hands since 1902 with all vines managed in house. The Domaine has only Grand Cru-classified fruit from Le Mesnil sur Oger. The house style is achieved with perfectly ripe grapes, fermented naturally, with malolactic fermentation blocked in order to preserve the freshness of the Champagne and hero the Chardonnay as the cuvee's main player.
