"Mother Block Skin Contact is a white wine made like a red wine, based on Italian varieties Vermentino, Ansonica, Falanghina, Pecorino and Moscato Giallo. The grapes are destemmed and co-fermented on wild yeasts at cool temperatures with full solids and skins. Pressed and aged in tank on fine lees for 6 months.

A kaleidoscope of lemon and lime, coconut husk, Vietnamese mint, fresh and zesty, you’ll want to be sitting on a dessert island drinking this wine. The palate shows all that skinsy phenolic grippy pulp and texture with soft herbs, melon, a little bitter twang that leads into zippy refreshing acidity that’s salivating and moreish." - Chalmers
