Dark red and crimson.
NOSE:
Prunes, blackcurrant, aniseed, dark chocolate and roasted coffee.
PALATE:
Inky, rich and full bodied with ripe black fruits complemented by delicate cinnamon spice and a savoury structure. The fruit intensity is balanced by a subtle use of oak leading to great length and a lovely clarity of fruit.
FOOD PAIRING:
Slow braised pork spare ribs fi nished on the grill with a sticky spicy coating.
