Wine Front 93 Points!

It’s a wildly drinkable, lighter-ish expression of Central Otago pinot noir. It’s still full throttle in dark cherry, cola, anise, wet earth and clove-wood spice scents, but the palate sits expansive and more subdued. A lake of placid, dark cherry fruit with a spread of glistening acidity. The wine shows bright fruit, slightly sweet fruit then finishes crisp and with a burr of dusty, puckering tannin. It’s got a feel of elegance and restraint while offering high drinkability. I like it.
