"Lovely wines from Burn Cottage. One of my favourite Otago producers. Lavender and thyme perfume over dark cherries and exotic spice. Medium bodied, has a soft almost milky feel, combined with juicy cherries, some of them sour, powdery pliant tannin and a sappy finish of super length, sprinkled with herb and spice. Feels unforced, drinks beautifully and offers an extra dimension of charm and appeal. Score was 94 or 95, never did decide."
