Single Vineyard 100% Barbera
This Barbera was fermented in stainless steel for two weeks then transferred to large format oak for 12 months maturation. The nose shows charaters of ripe cherry and small red fruit. The mouth feel is intense, full bodied and well balanced with a long finish. It is fragrant and pleasant to drink matching well with pasta based dishes, red meat and cheese.
