This wine exhibits a great intensity of colour and depth of hue. A glorious bouquet lifts from the glass redolent of summer-ripe cherry fruit. These summer ripe fruit elements are well complemented by classic spice characters on both the nose and palate. The palate shows perfect ripeness and balanced richness in the mouth from beginning to end. We believe the luscious mouth feel of this wine is from the grapes harvested from the increased maturity of our vineyard following our vineyard redevelopment.
