2010 Vintage Notes"Brilliant intensity of red colour. This wine shows wonderful rich blackberry aromas, typical of classic coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. The dark berry fruit flavours generously fill the palate with much intensity leaving a long succulent aftertaste. Fine fruit tannins are intertwined with classic French oak characteristics. This is a wine of elegant structure and bountiful classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavour, which cellaring will only enhance.
Serve with: Red meat, game dishes, BBQ & strong cheeses.
