Bodegas Bouza's collection of new releases from Canelones, Uruguay is impressive.
The 2011 Chardonnay saw 25% of the wine barrel-fermented with the rest raised in stainless steel. Made in a lean, racy style with lively acidity and zippy fruit, it will provide enjoyable drinking over the next 2-3 years.
