"This classically complex Quartz spent 10 months on yeast lees in French barrels, of which 25% were new, and was bottled in late February. The 2022 is a beautiful Quartz Chardonnay. It is layered, poised and vibrant. There are aromas of stone fruits complemented by spice, nuts, wet stones and flowers. The palate is fresh and mouth filling with excellent texture, balance and drive. These wines begin to drink at their best after five years in bottle and for a decade beyond that." - Bindi
