"2007 Bindi Quartz Chardonnay is in the style of the previous vintages from this stie with it's trademark minerality, intensity, volume and length. The nose has citrus, nectarine and jasmine notes with a mouth watering mineral edge and subtle spicy elements. The palate is very intense, tight, powerful and wonderfully long. It is immediately more mouth filling than the previous two vintages and has a dry, textured, voluminous finish. This wine will benefit markedly with a year or two in the cellar and should evolve very well over the next six to ten years."
