"2007 Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir is very closed but has beautiful layers of spice, earth, dark cherry and minerals. The palate is very full, completely mouth filling, drives very, very, very long and tight and has lovely balance. Three to five years cellaring would be of enormous benefit to this wine and it should be delicious for a decade or more."
