"Mainly Côte de Beaune, especially Pommard. Mainly aged in foudres. Less than 10% new oak. 15% village St-Romain and Monthelie in here. 25% Côte de Nuits AOC Bourgogne sites from Vosne and the Hautes-Côtes. (So he can’t call it Bourgogne Côte d’Or.)
