"Blended from across four of Bass Phillip’s sites, this is bottled unfiltered and unfined. The most immediately appealing of all Bass Phillip Pinot Noirs in youth, this shows delicacy of flavour but a complex palate of red cherry, strawberry, spice and dried herb notes. With savouriness backing up that immediate palate, this is going to improve further over 2-5 years, as further spice, chocolate and herb come through. It is vibrant with perfectly balanced acidity and fine tannin."
