"Lightish red/brick-red colour with a tinge of purple. The bouquet shows a lot of humus and foresty character, black cherry pinosity, and more than a suggestion of herbal stemmy complexity. Good flavour, if a touch forward and vegetable at the expense of dark fruit. Soft, powdery tannins persist. It's getting mature, so drink up."
