"Soft plums and hidden herbal aromas on the nose. Fresh cherries also. Soft plums on the palate: green-gauge plums and tangy Yellow plum flesh. You can taste the plum seed, lingering through to the back palate. Acid is firm without being tough. Astringent through to the end-palate without being overtly tannic."
