A unique Australian grape based vodka made from selected Chardonnay grapes, carefully fermented and distilled four times.The Vodka is distilled in a traditional alembic style pot still producing exceptional levels of purity making filtering unnecessary.
Cut and bottled by rain water delivered by the Southwesterlies and the worlds cleanest air at Cape Schanck on the Mornington Peninsula. Sheerwater Vodka retains a distinctive sweet, smooth finish. The name Sheerwater pays homage to both the water and to the shearwater bird, which migrates to Bass Strait each year from Siberia.
