Fleshy and full, the textured palate is filled with crunchy fresh fruit, wet pebble and garrigue-like flavours; it is also focused and refined. An impressive opening salvo and so much fun to drink.

The new kid on the block is a 100% Shiraz rosé made with fruit grown on the Bannockburn winery block (planted in 1990 and expanded in 1996). The soils here are dense clay over limestone and, as is now the norm at Bannockburn, the vineyard is farmed with organic principles." - Bannockburn
