Cool climate, elegant and whole bunch fermented pinot noir.
Geelong fruit, 50% whole bunch, wild yeast fermented in 1 and 2 tonne wooden fermenters. Light extraction, 1 year in French barriques (of which one third new) then bottled and left a further 12 months before release. This is an elegant, cranberried, cherried pinot noir with whole bunch characteristics and silky tannins.
