Quality single vineyard pinot, low yielding and extremely limited production. 
These 25 yo vines produced extremely low yields but high in quality. Wild yeast ferment (50% whole bunch) in large format oak, this our first Ballarat Pinot, is showing true cool climate qualities; bright cherry on the nose and savoury mid palette with great length and natural acid.
