"A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. 50% of the profits donated to cancer research in Australia. What a fine vintage 2015 was for Cabernet in the Yarra Valley. Classic Yarra claret here. It’s savoury with tobacco, black olive and a little truffle, but has small berried concentration of fruit to go with it. Medium bodied, redcurrant and black olive, cool acidity, supple and thick with ultra-fine tannin, cedar perfume, and a long well articulated finish. Beautiful wine."
